Abstract
The current study examines the digital skills that are required in the modern business environment of the clothing industry in Greece. Specifically, it tries to provide a mapping of the different gaps that exist in assessing and measuring the level and type of digital skills required by business employees, and to identify the relevant actions taken by managers to address these gaps.
