Abstract

Multi-scale defects in Li-doped Mg 2 Sn single crystals effectively reduce thermal conductivity. The highest dimensionless figure-of-merit zT among p-type Mg 2 Sn is achieved ( zT ∼ 0.38 at 700 K).
