Abstract
A ducted GPEC reactor equipped with defective WO 3 /TiO 2 nanotube photoelectrodes was developed for VOC removal. Applying a tiny bias voltage promoted rapid carrier transfer and inhibited the recombination of carriers trapped by the bulk OVs.
