Abstract
Exergames, the combination of exercises with computer games, are a promising concept to motivate sedentary users to become physically more active. Many researchers have demonstrated that exergames can be more motivational than traditional exercises, but achieving a sufficiently high exercise intensity and long term adherence is still a problem.
