Abstract
The Global Agro-Ecological Zoning (GAEZ) draws on a wealth of land evaluation and agricultural technical assessment activities resulting of decades of collaboration between FAO and IIASA that have contributed to the process of developing the GAEZ conceptual framework and its databases.
