Abstract

Delafossite CuCoO 2 /ZIF-8-derived ZnO heterojunctions in various ratios were used as photoelectrodes of dye-sensitized solar cells. The champion device exhibited highest PCE of 6.27%, J sc = 14.56 mA cm −2 , V oc = 687.84 mV, FF = 62.67%.
