Abstract
This review article presented method s of producing circular polarization in magneto-electric dipole antennas (MEDAs) with considering parameters such as impedance bandwidth, stable radiation pattern, average gain, axial ratio bandwidth, efficiency and current distribution pattern. To achieve the circular polarization using MEDAs various methods such as modifying feeding arrangements, cutting slots, corner truncations, crossed dipoles of different lengths and bsplit-ring resonator lens have been presented. In later part, a dual CP MEDA is also discussed which has significant role in the field of communication.
