Biliary Cast Syndrome

Abstract
A 62-year-old woman presented with a 2-month history of jaundice 3 months after undergoing orthotopic liver transplantation. Imaging revealed filling defects in the bile ducts. During repeat liver transplantation, biliary casts were found and removed (shown in a video).
