Abstract
<title>Extract</title> Triple combination therapy including prostacyclin pathway agents is considered standard of care for patients with advanced pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) [1]. However, treatment with prostacyclin pathway agents, especially with parenteral prostacyclin analogues, is associated with considerable side effects, treatment burden, risks, and high costs. In patients’ view, the initiation of parenteral prostacyclin analogues has a major impact on their daily life [2].
