Abstract

On-premises artificial intelligence was accurate in ruling out obstructive coronary artery disease at coronary CT angiography and achieved substantial to near-perfect agreement with human experts based on Coronary Artery Disease Reporting and Data System 2.0 categories for stenosis severity and plaque burden.
