Abstract

A freestanding Si-MWCNT membrane has been successfully fabricated by reinforcing the PVD customized 2D porous Si nanoflakes with MWCNTs, which exhibits high areal capacity of 4.5 mA h cm<sup>−2</sup>, and high gravimetric energy density of ∼484.7 W h kg<sup>−1</sup>.
