Abstract
A novel orange-red phosphor Li 2 La 1− x TiTaO 7 : x Sm 3+ (abbreviated as LLTT:Sm 3+ ) for white light-emitting diodes (w-LEDs) has been successfully synthesized and systematically investigated.
