Abstract
CaCl 2 and Et 3 N promoted glucose isomerization cooperatively, the generated fructose with CaCl 2 and Et 3 N form the α-fructofuranose complex, which shifted the reaction equilibrium towards fructose formation and precipitated fructose from the mixture.
