Abstract
An anionic Zn-MOF composed of 1D columnar SBUs has been successfully constructed using aromatic carboxylic acid and adeninate ligands. The Zn-MOF shows highly C 2 H 2 /CH 4 selective adsorption, dye adsorption and fluorescence sensing.
