Abstract

Leveraging tris(pentafluorophenyl)borane (BCF) to regulate crystallization of perovskite by the boron–halogen and hydrogen bonding effects enabled a PCE of 23.49% and 31.12% at 1.68 eV for single-junction PSCs and perovskite/Si TSCs, respectively.
