Abstract
Hierarchically nanoporous titanosilicate TS-1 zeolites, comprising micropores (0.55 nm), super-micropores (1.6 nm), and mesopores (30 nm), have been prepared by hydrothermal crystallization and subsequent calcination, with polyvinyl butyral gel as the mesopore template. The optimal TS-1 catalyst shows excellent catalytic activity in the dibenzothiophene oxidation, due to the introduction of super-micropores and mesopores, facilitating the diffusion of both reactants and products. Additionally, the hierarchical TS-1 zeolite nanoparticles show superior stability and facile recyclability without post-treatment.
