Abstract
Using Li + co-doping for charge compensation, the broadband NIR luminescence intensity was enhanced. Compared with K 2 ZnF 4 :Cr 3+ , the emission intensity of K 2 ZnF 4 :Cr 3+ ,Li + increased 2.58 times. A high-power NIR LED device was realized.
