Disassembly information interoperability for electric vehicle battery in remanufacturing based on STEP standards

Abstract

The attention of vehicle battery disassembly is paid for recycling end-of-life battery and reducing its environmental impacts. However, owing to the complexity of battery disassembly process, it is difficult for disassembly information interoperability to represent a real disassembly task. In this paper, STEP-compliant information model is proposed to disassembly information and related process activity by EXPRESS-G and IDEF0 language after defining related disassembly information entities and application objects. Then, the deeply potential research perspectives are also extended for model conformance test and application system platform.
