Abstract

mice fed a high-cholesterol diet, which represent a model of severe familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) caused by ApoE loss of function. Taken together, ANGPTL3 vaccination could be an effective therapeutic strategy against dyslipidemia and associated diseases.
