Abstract

A binding mechanism of selective inhibitors of Golgi α-mannosidase II was elucidated by p K a and FMO-PIEDA calculations. Synthetic N -substituted imino- d -lyxitol inhibitors were evaluated with four enzymes from the glycoside hydrolase GH38 family.
