Abstract
DX (digital transformation) is expected to lead a steeper acceleration in the growth trajectory and open a greater opportunity in the semiconductor industry [1],[2]. However, in near future, we will face many challenges to meet the requirements of memory, storage, and computation.In this paper, tech directions and promising candidates for DRAM, Flash, and Logic will be discussed, mainly focusing on innovative structures, novel materials, advanced processes.
