Abstract
The diagnosis of invasive aspergillosis can be challenging in cancer patients. Herein, the analytical and clinical performance of the sōna Aspergillus galactomannan lateral flow assay (GM LFA) was evaluated and its performance compared to that of the Bio-Rad galactomannan enzyme immunoassay (GM EIA).
