Abstract

Rapid (&lt;minutes), mild (20 °C), inexpensive, and column-chromatography-free peptide chain elongation via a one-flow, three-component coupling approach using amino acid chloride, α-amino acid N -carboxy anhydride and amino acid ester was achieved.
