Reductive cross-coupling of N-acyl pyrazole and nitroarene using tetrahydroxydiboron: synthesis of secondary amides
Hayeon Moon, Sunwoo Lee
Abstract
Acyl pyrazoles, in the presence of B 2 (OH) 4 , efficiently yield amides when reacted with nitro compounds. The method is versatile, tolerates diverse functional groups, and holds promise for diverse organic molecule synthesis.
