Abstract

VIVECHANA is a multiplicative decision-scoring protocol for architectural choices. This document formalises the complete canonical protocol including its four-stage evolution (IVR seed → 3-axis Zenodo publication → 5-axis practice discovery → K/V split), the two use modes, and VIVECHANA-008 (Mode 2 may use domain-specific axes — the multiplicative rule applies regardless of which axes are chosen). Prior art for the 3-axis version is DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19248146. This document captures the full developed protocol including the continuous Replicability axis, the K/V distinction, the Jugaad Elimination Property, and the Mode 2 custom axes clarification. The formula K = I × L × R × Rep (intrinsic value) and V = K × F (deliverable value today) are immutable. Axes may flex; multiplication may not.
