Abstract
BACKGROUND. Estimation of fractional flow reserve from coronary CTA (FFR-CT) is an established method of assessing the hemodynamic significance of coronary lesions. However, clinical implementation has progressed slowly, partly because of off-site data transfer with long turnaround times for results.
