Chemical insights into electrophilic fluorination of SnO<sub>2</sub>for photoelectrochemical applications

Abstract

A novel method for fluorination of SnO 2 is developed that passivates oxygen defects and increases its electrical conductivity drastically, leading to enhanced charge transport in photoelectrochemical applications.
