Abstract
One of the topics that occupies many articles is the improvement of medical diagnostic processes, where many articles have begun to elicit algorithms to increase the efficiency of disease diagnosis, presented in this article a method for diagnosing plant diseases based on digital image processing techniques and neural networks.
