EXPANSÃO AGRÍCOLA NO CERRADO: O DESENVOLVIMENTO DO AGRONEGÓCIO NO ESTADO DE GOIÁS ENTRE 2000 A 2019

Abstract
The article aims to discuss the development of agribusiness in the state of Gois and the effects of agricultural expansion in the Cerrado, which is considered the savanna biome with a wide biodiversity, besides being one of the largest Brazilian biomes. The procedure adopted to conduct the research was bibliographic research, making use of several databases, such as laws, doctrines, research institutes on the subject. The research was descriptive in which sought to interpret the data and establish a confrontation between the collected data is the effectiveness of the legislation. The results demonstrate exponential growth in land use between the years 2000 to 2019, corroborated by the increase in exports. It is concluded that the growth of agribusiness in the state of Gois has caused damage to the environment, specifically in the cerrado biome, obtaining food production with high profitability, but with serious damage to the cerrado, not respecting the sustainable methods chosen in article 225 of Federal Constitution of 1988, which aim to preserve the environment for the current and for the next generations and despite this, demonstrating a clear ineffectiveness of the legal norm, demanding solutions for the solution of legal formalism in search of jurisdictional effectiveness.
