Abstract

silencing increased the migration and invasiveness of EC cells by promoting epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). Collectively, these findings reveal an immune checkpoint gene signature that accurately predicts survival outcomes and immunotherapeutic responses in EC patients.
