Abstract
Mn and Ga co-doping synergistically optimize the hole density along with multi-scale phonon scattering, results a high-power factor and controlled lattice thermal conductivity. The p-type co-doped Bi 2 Se 3 accomplished a high zT of 0.25 at 303 K.
