Research on the electric vehicle heat pump air conditioning system based on R290 refrigerant

Abstract

Based on the selection of refrigerant replacement for electric vehicle heat pump air-conditioning system, the ideal refrigerant replacement R290 is chosen as the working medium of the system. The feasibility and superiority of the electric vehicle heat pump air-conditioning system with water loop based on R290 refrigerant are verified by setting up a performance test platform. The experimental results show that the high temperature (55 °C) refrigeration capacity of the system is 5.77% higher than that of CO2 system, the COP of the system is 1.05 higher, and the isentropic efficiency of the system is more than 80% in the low temperature (- 20 °C) heating mode, the system has better and stable heating performance. This paper is beneficial to the further research and application of environment-friendly refrigerants, and further promote the development and research of heat pump air-conditioning system of efficiency electric vehicle.
