Abstract
Most frequently, viruses or bacteria cause respiratory infections that are severe like pneumonia. It is the most common infectious killer of children worldwide and can cause mild to severe illness in people of all ages. It is generated by bacteria, viruses, or fungi and is transmitted through contact via air. The main goal is to build Convolution Neural Network models for classification of pneumonia using logistic regression (LR) and support vector machines (SVM) in deep learning techniques. These are built with the help of VGG16 and VGG19 architecture, and the results of a fully connected layer were integrated using either early or late fusion methods. Additionally, cross-validation was done ten times used to test the accuracy of this model, which was 95.02 percentage.
