Abstract
Large-sized lead-free perovskite Cs<sub>2</sub>TeI<sub>6</sub> shows an X-ray sensitivity of 27.8 μC Gy<sup>−1</sup> cm<sup>−2</sup> with a detection limit as low as 72.5 nGy s<sup>−1</sup>.
