Abstract

A nitrogen doping-induced phase change material of cobalt diselenide was first utilized for the photocatalytic reduction of CO<sub>2</sub>. The doping of N can enhance the electron density of cobalt active sites, thus improving the bonding ability of Co and COOH*.
