Abstract

We rationally construct a biofilm microenvironment-responsive bactericidal nanoplatform (ZnPMp) consisting of ZnO core, a Fe 3+ -doped polydopamine coating and methylene blue (MB) payload for combined CT/CDT/PTT/PDT multi-mode antibacterial therapy.
