Abstract
experiments, we found that the aging level of mice fed with uridine was significantly lower than that of the control group as demonstrated by immunohistochemistry and Western blot analyses. In conclusion, our current research indicates that uridine shows a good anti-aging effect, which suggests that uridine is expected to be used as a health food or clinical drug to treat intestinal aging.
