Abstract
Furthermore, a significant change in amino acid metabolism suggested that it might be a promising mechanism-related target for geniposide against ALD. It also showed that a metabolomic strategy using UPLC-Q/TOF-MS combined with ingenuity pathway analysis is a potentially powerful tool for providing a comprehensive understanding of the therapeutic mechanisms of natural products, but it also offers a theoretical basis for the prevention or treatment of disease.
