Abstract
With the development of the times, there are still a large number of non-standard behaviors in the Chinese construction engineering market, which seriously affect the order of the construction market, damage the legitimate rights and interests of the main body of construction market activities, including owners, contractors, intermediary organizations, and lay risks for construction quality and construction safety, directly threaten the life and property safety of construction workers and the masses, and hinder the development and progress of society. Through the in-depth understanding and introduction of construction projects, this paper clarifies the risks existing in the bidding of construction projects, and puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures, In order to prevent and improve efficiency in practice.
