Abstract

Lenvatinib (LT) and copper sulfide nanocrystals (Cu 2− x S NCs) were co-encapsulated in poly( d , l -lactide- co -glycolide) (PLGA). Both in vitro and in vivo evaluations demonstrated that Cu 2− x S NCs enhanced the anticancer efficacy of LT, without recurrence.
