Abstract

The properties of multilayer Cr/Sc mirrors synthesized at a reduced value of electric power on a magnetron discharge have been studied. Model structural parameters of such mirrors have been found. A record reflection coefficient of 21% has been obtained at a wavelength of 3.12 nm.
