A single crystal derived precursor for improving the performance of CsSnI<sub>3</sub> perovskite solar cells

Abstract
This study reports a single crystal derived precursor for preparing high-quality CsSnI 3 thin films with low defect density. As a result, the CsSnI 3 solar cells achieved an excellent PCE of 6.53% with enhanced stability.
