Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the exposed workload, work stress, and work environment to employee job satisfaction at PT. WIKA-WG KSO Proyek Pembangunan Gedung SGLC & ERIC. The method in this study is used quantitative method. Primary data obtained from questionnaire with 46 respondents with saturated sample techniques. Then the data analyzed using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression tests, t (partial) tests, F (simultaneous), and coefficient determination (R2). The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work stress had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work environtment had a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and workload, work stress and work environment simultaneously has a positive and significant on employee job satisfaction.
