Abstract

A promising colorimetric and fluorescent sensor for aluminum ions recognition based on new Schiff base, AMMN. The probe AMMN was utilized for imaging in HeLa cells, confirming its potential as a fluorescent probe for Al 3+ monitoring in living cells.
