Superballistic electron flow through a point contact in a Ga[Al]As heterostructure

Abstract
The authors measure the conductance through point contacts in Ga[al]As heterostructures and find a higher than ballistic conductance and an increase of the conductance with increasing temperature in agreement with a viscous electron transport model.
