Abstract

NCs, suggesting the potential of intermediate bandgap (IB) semiconductors as alternatives to plasmonic noble metals for ultrafast photonics. Hence, optical limiters based on such semiconductors offer new avenues for laser protection in optoelectronic and defense fields.
