Abstract

The rapid pace of scientific and technological progress, along with changing consumer demands and fierce competition in technology markets, has made it imperative to assess the trends and drivers of new mobile communication systems and standards. This assessment helps to reduce the degree of uncertainty in determining the need for production resources of 6G networks, such as ranges and frequency bands of the radio frequency spectrum, which is critical for investors, developers, and users of innovative mobile products. However, the allocation of the radio frequency spectrum for 6G standard systems that is acceptable to all countries of the world and the implementation of unique innovative products remain a challenging task. To address this issue, there is a need to coordinate the work on the development of innovative drivers and the international strategy for the development of mobile communications with the technical parameters of the 6G standard system, taking into account national specifics. This approach can be used to make more informed decisions on the creation of product, technological, and resource-network innovations that align with all components of the mobile communication system, including the architecture of future networks, information transmission media, and radio frequency spectrum bands. By aligning 6G's innovative capabilities with the technical characteristics of its development, it will be possible to determine the needs for radio frequency resources, radio frequency bands, and bands at the international and national levels more reasonably.
