Abstract

study showed that the coordination-modified nanozyme effectively alleviated glycerol- and cisplatin-induced AKI by inhibiting oxidative stress. Furthermore, this nanozyme exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy when compared to free quercetin and the RuPt nanozyme. In conclusion, the findings of our study suggest that the quercetin modified RuPt nanozyme (QCN) exhibits remarkable biocompatibility and holds significant promise for the therapeutic management of AKI.
