Physics-informed neural networks and beyond: enforcing physical constraints in quantum dissipative dynamics

Abstract
This study shows that NNs do not conserve trace in quantum dissipative dynamics and proposes an uncertainty-aware approach that enforces perfect trace conservation by design.
