Abstract

Chemicaloxidative polymerization has been employed to synthesizePolyaniline/Polypyrrole/Carbon nanotube (PANI/PPy/CNT) ternary nanocomposites.Ammonium persulfate and hydrochloric acid were utilized as the oxidizing agent and dopant, respectively. In these nanocomposites, PPy served as a filler within the PANI and CNT matrix.Additionally, a range of physicochemical techniques was applied to assess the structural and thermal properties of the nanocomposites. It was observed that a PPy loading of 0.5 wt% exhibited greater crystallinity and thermal stability compared to loadings of 1 wt%, 2 wt%, and 4 wt% within the PANI and CNT matrix.
